Through 3 content work packages the partner consortium will address the barriers of SMEs in large procurement processes from three perspectives:
1. BalticSupply focuses on 3 supply clusters of interregional relevance for the Baltic Sea Region:
• Maritime industries
• Energy & public infrastructure
• Food & health
2. Establishment of 3 virtual cluster portals with a “Company Register” function, which brings together SMEs presenting themselves for the procurement processes and the demand side OEMs, such as large private companies and public entities (municipalities, hospitals, large energy suppliers etc.).
3. Offer training modules to reduce barriers on the SME side to get access to private and public procurements
